Genemarkers Study on the Effectiveness of Elina Ambra-Lift Elixir

Genemarkers, LLC, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, was asked by Elina Herbal Skin Care to use their genomics expertise to determine the biological effects of Elina’s Ambra-Lift Elixir, one of her anti-aging skin care products. Elina was specifically interested in finding out if her herbal formulations “turned on” genes that restore and keep aging skin young. This study is among the first to take advantage of the genomics approach for defining how specific products turn on protective biological responses within skin cells. The merging of skin care with hard science is a rapidly emerging trend and has been referred to as “skin science.”
